Brynmor is a property specialist. His practice covers all aspects of property law. Brynmor’s property practice ranges from trusts of land and real property through to landlord and tenant matters. He is experienced in private sector and public sector property disputes. He has particular expertise where property law interacts with public, human rights, equalities and local government law.
Brynmor has extensive expertise in working with public bodies, local authorities and social landlords. He is a member of the B Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown.
Brynmor has experience of appearing at all levels of court and tribunal. He has appeared on numerous occasions before the Property Chamber of the First-Tier Tribunal in leasehold and land registration disputes, and on appeals to the Upper Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.
Career
Brynmor started his career in London. He moved to Exchange in 2018. He is based in Manchester but practices across the North and nationwide.
He is a committee member of the Property Bar Association, the Social Housing Law Association (North), the Northern Circuit's Equality Diversity and Social Mobility Committee and Lincoln's Inn's Social Mobility Committee.
He is qualified as a pupil supervisor and an advocacy tutor.
