Regularly acts for employers in civil and regulatory proceedings. Has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Divisional Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and Ontario Labour Relations Board. A frequent presenter and contributor to firm publications on current trends in Canadian employment law, with a particular focus on issues faced by Ontario employers.
