Frequently instructed as lead Counsel in the Commercial Court, Administrative Court, and the Chancery Division; acted in over 45 cases before the Court of Appeal, UK Supreme Court, the European Court of Human Rights, and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Experience of acting as co-counsel before the ECOWAS Court of Justice, Federal Court of Malaysia, Turkish Constitutional Court, and the Supreme Court of The Gambia.

Counsel and international arbitrator, with extensive experience of arbitrations under the LCIA, ICC, GAFTA, LMAA, CIArb, ICSID, and UNCITRAL Rules.
