transactions and group restructurings, collective negotiations and redundancy plans
Caroline has written several articles on employment law for specialized publications (The Lawyer, Entreprise Carrières, Les Echos Le Figaro, Revue Personnel, Revue Lamy Social, etc)
She has worked for more than 15 years at renowned French and international law firms before joining AYACHE to set up Ayache's employment law department.
