Caroline Copeland is a Partner and corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience across the media and entertainment, technology and creative industries.

She advises on all aspects of transactional and corporate advisory work, with a particular focus on large-scale joint ventures, global commercial contracts, private M&A and related corporate governance advice. Her clients range from FTSE 100 companies through to mid-sized companies, entrepreneurs and talent.

Caroline has built up a significant practice in the advertising and communications sector, regularly advising on significant global commercial contracts. She is also an expert in agency agreements, distribution agreements, commercial franchising and general supply of goods and services contracts.

She is well versed in the rights-based and brand management issues that underpin the media and creative sectors.
