Catherine is an approachable and experienced barrister, with a practice which encompasses the full range of employment law issues. She is often instructed in multi-day cases involving allegations of discrimination and harassment, whistleblowing, or more complex or sensitive unfair dismissal claims (for example, cases involving social media use and arguments about freedom of expression).
She has particular experience in cases involving the public sector, having been instructed by government departments, local authorities, and NHS Trusts.
Catherine’s experience in personal injury matters means that she is comfortable dealing with higher value and more complicated remedy issues, such as those necessitating consideration of expert medical evidence and / or pension loss.
