Cathy Fetgatter brings more than 20 years of litigation and discovery management experience, both as a litigator and in litigation support and legal operations. Throughout Ms. Fetgatter's career, she has provided extensive guidance to clients and counsel on deploying processes and technology to achieve their litigation objectives while ensuring exceptional delivery of these processes throughout the discovery lifecycle.
As an analytics expert, Ms. Fetgatter has extensive knowledge of process defensibility and cost-saving strategies, leveraging Technology Assisted Review workflows and analytic technology. She has a track record of implementing best practices and process improvements through analysis and strategy to increase efficiencies and knowledge sharing internally and with clients.
Her adroit deployment of process and technology enhances when integrated with the recruiting and staffing program Ms. Fetgatter spearheaded to ensure engagement of only the highest caliber contracted talent, which includes rigorous vetting and continued assessment processes, robust training programs, and statistics-based quality assurance protocols implemented from the start of each managed review engagement. - In re Terrorist Attacks on September 11, 2001, Case No. 1:03-md-01570-GBD-SN (S.D.N.Y. 2021). Written declaration addressing estimated costs associated with voluminous document review conducted by contract attorneys.
- Holley at al v. Gilead Sciences, Inc., Case No. 3:18-cv-06972-JST (N.D. Cal. 2019). Written declaration addressing search term filtering prior to the application of TAR.
