Career

Cephas is a highly recognised labour lawyer. He has been in practice as a Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer and Notary Public since January 2008. Through the years, Cephas has amassed litigation experience in various facets of the law. He has however developed a special interest in Labour Law , Estate Planning and Deceased Estate Administration. He is a partner at Mhishi Nkomo Legal Practice.

As an avid labour lawyer, he has worked on various published and unpublished articles. In the same vein, he has written a lot of labour law articles which are available in both print and online media. He is a voluntary facilitator in Labour Law Procedure at the Zimbabwe Labour Centre in Harare. Cephas was once appointed a Disciplinary Hearing Prosecutor for the Ministry of Local Government where he handled disciplinary cases involving local authority councillors.

Professional Memberships

He is a full member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe and a member for the Zimbabwe Economics Society.
