With an on-field experience of more than 30 years, Cesare Pozzoli is one of the leading employment and labor lawyer on the market. He assists domestic and foreign companies as well as top and middle managers in relation to all aspects of employment and labor law with a particular focus on collective and individual dismissals, lay-off procedures, transfer of businesses, M&A.
Career
In 1994 Cesare began working with Avv. Fabrizio Fabbri, focusing on labor law. This collaboration led to the establishment of the Fabbri & Associati law firm in 1997. After Fabbri's passing, Pozzoli co-founded the Chiello & Pozzoli Studio Legale Associato in 2006 with Angelo Chiello.
Throughout his career, Cesare has been a member of the boards of directors for various companies and entities. He has also participated as a consultant in drafting national collective labor agreements and in significant trade union negotiations.
Beyond his legal practice, Avv. Pozzoli has been actively involved in academia. Since 2002, he has served as a lecturer in Labor Law at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Milan. Between 2007 and 2009, he also taught in the Master Manager delle ONP course at the Università Cattolica and at the Sole 24 Ore's Human Resources Master program.

Cesare is a member of AGI, Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani, and one of the founders of LAF, Libera Associazione Forense.

Cesare has contributed numerous articles to Corriere della Sera, Il Sole 24 Ore, and various legal magazines, addressing various topics in employment and labor law. His writings cover subjects such as the impact of European regulations on artificial intelligence in the workplace, the nuances of unjust orders in employment, and the intricacies of dismissals and social safety nets.
