Charlotte Harris is the lead European partner in the Firm’s Brand & Reputation Management group. Charlotte is a well-respected and highly regarded media law practitioner, with experience across areas including pre- and post-publication advice, injunctions, defamation, privacy and harassment. Her clients include corporates, high-net-worth individuals, Members of Parliaments, celebrities and professional athletes, and she advises individuals who are subject to media attention both in the U.K. and internationally.

During the course of her career, Charlotte has also appeared before various Parliamentary Select Committees, including the Home Affairs Select Committee and the Joint Select Committee on Privacy and Injunctions and in respect of media standards and privacy during the development of the law in this area. Charlotte has represented many claimants in the phone hacking claims since 2007 and gave evidence before the Parliamentary Select Committee as part of the Leveson inquiry.
