Cheryl has worked in the field of personal injury since 2004 and has many years experience in acting for clients who suffer life changing injuries. She has always been particularly passionate about cases involving acquired brain injury.
Cheryl joined the child brain injury team at Bolt Burdon Kemp in January 2015, and now acts exclusively for children with acquired brain injury. Cheryl has particular expertise in acting for child pedestrians where contributory negligence is alleged. Her clients have described having “absolute faith from the word go” and being “treated with dignity and respect”. To complement her work on behalf of brain injured children, Cheryl works closely with The Child Brain Injury Trust.
Cheryl qualified as a solicitor in 2003 with East London Firm, Edwards Duthie. She moved to Bolt Burdon Kemp in 2004 as an assistant solicitor, and was promoted to partner in 2011.
