Christian advises companies on all aspects of employment and pension law. His practice includes employment and pension aspects of M&A transactions and reorganisations. In addition, he assists employers in negotiations with unions and works councils, and advises on complex collective and individual employment law matters and employment related litigation.
Christian joined Hengeler Mueller in 2002, and has been partner since 2008. Since 2009 he has a lectureship at Georg-August-University of Göttingen.
