Nikolaus advises listed and private domestic and foreign companies, private equity funds and banks across the full range of (syndicated) lending with a particular emphasis on acquisition and takeover financings, and M&A related financing matters. He also advises sellers and purchasers on non-performing and performing loan portfolio transactions.
Career
Nikolaus joined Hengeler Mueller in 2002, and has been a partner since 2012. From 2005 to 2008 he worked as a Director of a special situations group at a leading investment bank in London.
