Christina Ioannidou is a Director of the firm and leads its corporate department. She has extensive experience in Banking and Finance, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Civil Litigation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring and Insolvency, Stock Exchange Listings and Public Offerings.

She acts as legal advisor to major local and international banks, public companies, insurance companies, shipping and general trade companies, providing advice on all matters pertaining to their operations, including regulatory, competition, finance and general corporate matters. Christina is also trusted to act as non-executive director for a select group of international companies based in Cyprus.

Christina is adept at drafting and structuring contractual documentation in high value international transactions, mergers and takeovers of banking, insurance and other general business concerns, joint ventures of local and international corporations, syndicated loans and other banking, financing, securities and corporate organisational documentation. Her expertise in structuring complex contractual transactions has resulted in her extensive involvement in the most high-profile and high-valued transactions taking place in Cyprus in the last few years.

Christina is also regularly entrusted to draft statutory instruments and is currently involved in advising on policy-making and contemplated reformations in the areas of banking, corporate insolvency and education.
