Career

Over the past 30 years Christina has worked on major capital markets and financial transactions, such as IPOs, tender offers, secondary trades of publicly trading shares, covered bonds, debt securities, synthetic securitisations and securitisations of a wide range of commercial and financial receivables, including, more recently, transactions involving distressed banking and trade originated debt.

Her areas of practice are financial transactions, capital markets and structured finance, with an emphasis on cross border transactions. Her clients include most of the large institutional and private clients, both domestic and international, that operate in the Greek market, across the entire financial institutions’ spectrum.

Christina has played a key role in structuring many innovative and one-of-a-kind transactions in the Greek market, such as the first banking receivables securitisation in 2003, the first CMBS in 2004 and the first non-performing loans tranched securitisation in 2017.
