Christopher is now a full time Arbitrator specialising in commercial arbitration particularly all aspects of insurance, reinsurance, professional negligence work, and actions for and against financial institutions. He is frequently involved in Arbitrations involving insurance and reinsurance claims but also many other commercial and financial disputes, particularly oil and gas, oil rigs and pipelines, mining, power stations and commodities. Christopher chairs, and sits as the party appointed Arbitrator, in Arbitrations under the auspices of the LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, PCA, AAA and other institutions, as well as ad hoc Arbitrations. He also has considerable experience of Bermuda Form Arbitrations.
