Career

Clara Porro is a specialist in corporate and M&A and has unrivalled experience advising local and international clients. She has 8+ years of experience and has been involved as part of the leader teams in several of the most important transactions carried out in Uruguay in the last years. In this context, Clara Porro has participated on numerous high-profile investment projects, as well as local and international mergers and acquisitions, leading the team in Ferrere or working with other foreign legal firms.

In addition to the M&A projects, she regularly advices many of the most renowned local and international companies on their strategic and corporate matters.

Clara Porro has also participated in government procurement projects, advising foreign companies planning to invest in Uruguay in public-private partnerships, as well as on public tenders.
