Claude Serra is the Senior and founding partner of the Paris office of Weil Gotshal & Manges. His practice focuses on assisting public and private companies, management teams, boards and board members, shareholders, families (and also family branches) and investors as regards their organization and transactions, and more generally their business decisions, as well as in contentious situations. He advises on a number of high-profile public M&A transactions, both domestic and international, on corporate governance issues, and in corporate crisis and contentious situations.
