Clément Wierre advises on corporate litigation and has developed a recognized expertise in complex corporate cases before French courts. He also represents his clients before criminal courts on white collar crime matters.

Clément acts for investment funds, industrial and entrepreneurs in relation to M&A disputes, regulatory disputes and private investigations, shareholder and joint venture disputes, as well as a range of economic tort claims or fraud-related cases. He also developed an expertise in assisting high-potential innovative companies as well as venture and tech growth investors in their litigation.

He is a visiting professor at the School of public affairs at Sciences Po Paris since 2017, teaching Digital Law
