Connie Bertram is the Founder and Managing Partner of Bertram LLP, a firm based in Washington, D.C.

Connie represents employers, boards and individual executives in transactions and disputes, including contract and equity disputes, “business divorces,” and trade secret and restrictive covenant disputes.
