Connie has extensive experience in the negotiation of software, SaaS and other technology agreements, as well as supply and distribution agreements. Connie particularly enjoys providing assistance with new technologies and has advised clients and negotiated contracts in the areas of artificial intelligence. Connie also provides advice and counseling on intellectual property portfolio management and dispute resolution.
Career
She previously taught both copyright and trademark law classes at IU McKinney law. Connie serves clients in diverse industries doing business across the U.S. and the world. Connie was a founding member of the S. Jay Plager Intellectual Property American Inn of Court where she served on the Executive Committee for five years.
