A partner in the Dispute Resolution, Technology, and Investigation practices, Corey represents clients in complex and high-stakes litigation and crises. Recognized as a skilled, resourceful and dedicated litigator, he has a proven track record of solving difficult problems and securing successful outcomes for his clients in a wide array of disputes, including commercial, cybersecurity, fraud, class action, securities, estate, and regulatory matters. Corey also leverages his background and experience in cyber law to counsel clients on data breach response, cybersecurity governance, and data privacy. Given his years working at the New York office of an international law firm, Corey regularly advises international clients on cross-border disputes and the nuances of Canadian litigation. Corey teaches “Trial Advocacy” and has taught a Focus Week course on “Introduction to U.S. Civil Litigation” at McGill University’s Faculty of Law. Corey also frequently speaks on litigation, cybersecurity and privacy matters at conferences in Québec, Ontario and the United States. He is the International Chamber of Commerce FraudNet Future Member for Quebec and the Chair of PrivacyConnect’s Montréal chapter.
