Partner, specializing in Labour and Employment Law. Practice includes collective bargaining, first-contract arbitration, certification proceedings, unfair labour practice complaints, wrongful dismissal cases and providing strategic practical advice. He has represented employers before provincial authorities and arbitration boards in Ontario, Québec and New Brunswick, as well as before the Québec Superior Court, Québec Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.

Career

Civil Law and Common Law Degrees; McGill University, Quebec Bar 1987. Over 20 years experience teaching a labour law course at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management.
