Practice Areas
Shelley-Mae focuses her practice on all aspects of labour and employment law, including preventative advice, employment policies and procedures, human rights complaints, wrongful dismissals, employment litigation, injunction applications, and employment standards appeals. Her expertise in labour law also includes arbitrations, collective bargaining, picketing injunctions and Labour Board Applications. Shelley-Mae has appeared as counsel in the British Columbia Supreme Court, British Columbia Court of Appeal, and Federal Court. As well, she has conducted Human Rights hearings, arbitrations, mediations and hearings before the Labour Relations Board.
