As chair of the Government and Public Finance group, Craig has more than 30 years of experience providing counsel on an array of tax-exempt and taxable financing transactions and has served as underwriters counsel, borrowers counsel, disclosure counsel and bond counsel to states, localities and government authorities throughout the United States on virtually every type of municipal security.
Craig's counsel to his local and state government clients helps them literally put their new infrastructure projects on the map. His many finance transactions at the federal, state and municipal levels have included grant anticipation bonds, general obligation and revenue financings, energy savings contract financings, private placement and direct purchase transactions, multifamily housing, higher education including university financing, airport, highway and harbor financings, tax-supported debt, health care financings and municipal case transactions.
