Current Dispute Boards include the Marmaray Light Rail System for Istanbul, the Fehmarnbelt Project in Denmark, Lesotho Highlands Dam Project in the Kingdom of Lesotho, The Port of Tema/Harbour in Ghana, the Chernobyl Encasement in Ukraine, and the Batang Toru Dam Project in Indonesia.
