Daniel A. Neff is a corporate and securities lawyer, and has focused on mergers and acquisitions and advice to boards of directors and board committees. Mr. Neff is the co-chairman of the Executive Committee and partner in the law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, which he joined in 1977.
Personal
Mr. Neff has served for many years as a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater New York, where he is a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Branch Chair Council and is a trustee of the Economic Club of New York. He has been actively involved with Brown University, and with Columbia Law School, where he is a member of the Board of Visitors.
