Daniel Crowley is a very experienced trial lawyer. He has fought dozens of cases to trial. He is very experienced in appeals to the Court of Appeal where he has fought many appeals, mostly alone and without a leader.

He specialises in insurance, construction and engineering, professional liability, product liability/property damage, commercial litigation, and arbitration.

He is a Fellow of the CIArb and a Chartered Arbitrator.

He acts as an advocate in international arbitrations including acting for (i) Claimant South American company in cross-border contractual claim; (ii) international energy and process contractor in ICC arbitrations (a) claim for variations and delay and disruption; and (b) claims arising from conversion of a coal fired power station to biomass in France.

He sits as an arbitrator on party and institutional appointments.
