Well known for handling corporate governance questions, he has written several books and articles, and participated in numerous international conferences.
Daniel Hurstel acted as co-chairman of the Club des Juristes committee of corporate governance. He is Chair of the Legal Committee of the IFA (Institut Français des Administrateurs) and a member of the Royal Academy of Belgium.
