Daniel is a partner of Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm’s practice groups Banking and Finance and Restructuring and Insolvency. Daniel is specialised in finance and insolvency law, focusing on domestic and cross-border financing transactions and restructurings.
Daniel has a broad practice that includes acquisition and bid finance, corporate loans, fund finance, property finance and other loan-based financing transactions, as well as bond issuances and other debt capital markets transactions. Daniel also assists creditors and debtors in distressed debt and insolvency situations and restructurings.
Daniel’s mandates include some of the largest and most complex transactions on the Swedish market. His client base ranges from banks and other lenders to private equity clients and other financial sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as industrial clients and venture capital companies.
