Daniel Martínez is an international business lawyer with over 20 years of professional experience representing domestic and foreign companies in El Salvador. Currently, he is our partner in Dentons Muñoz El Salvador.
Daniel has experience as legal counsel for several transactions related to foreign direct investment, concessions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures formations as well as government contracts for relevant projects of international companies in El Salvador and in the Central America region. Daniel has also served as legal consultant for the World Bank in economic development and infrastructure for El Salvador.
He completed post-graduate studies at the Institute for USLAW (Washington D.C.) in U.S. Legal Methods, acquiring relevant knowledge and experience in the U.S. legal system. In addition, he completed an internship at the Corporate Department of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP.
