His clients consistently apply his advice to minimise the costs, disruption, and reputational damage caused by industrial disputes and human resources issues. Darren is often trusted to act for clients on extremely confidential matters regarding senior executives, including executive contracts and remuneration and handling disputes relating to the termination of executive employees.

Career

Darren is the Managing Partner for Seyfarth in Australia and Co-Chair of Seyfarth’s International department. He is best known for his leadership in industrial relations strategy and advising on complex employment litigation across the spectrum of industries, most notably transportation, media, financial services and aviation.

Darren is regularly sought by the media as a commentator on workplace issues. Most recently, Darren was profiled in International Employment Lawyer’s article 'Work intensification of lawyers an increasing concern', where he shared his perspective on current global labour market challenges.
