More than 35 years of experience assisting corporate policyholders with insurance coverage claims and litigation. Represents policyholders in all types of major commercial insurance coverage disputes, including property damage and business interruption losses, D&O, cyber risk, errors and omissions, and representation and warranty claims, and construction defect, products liability and environmental matters. Also assists clients in presenting insurance claims and drafting insurance policy language. Has served as the first chair in jury and judge trials and in both domestic and London-based arbitrations, and has argued more than 50 appeals. Clients include BP, Health Net, Major League Baseball, PG&E, Ross Stores, Salesforce, and Wells Fargo.
