From 1987-1991, Mr. Feinberg was associated with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. In 1992, he joined Foley Hoag in Boston, where
he served as a partner until he formed an internet start-up in 2000. After selling his company, he realized that entrepreneurs need an alternative to
large corporate law firms to obtain top-quality legal services and formed Feinberg Hanson LLP.
