David’s practice encompasses the development and financing of wind, solar and biomass projects as well as natural gas, oil, LNG and petrochemicals projects.
In addition to his extensive experience in private practice, David served in a senior role at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), providing strategic policy advice related to national security and international development. He also led the development and implementation of new policies and initiatives for the DFC.
