From 2009-2020, Mr. Zornow served as the global head of Skadden’s Litigation/Controversy practices and a member of the firm’s Policy Committee. Represents corporations and individuals in connection with federal and state grand jury investigations and at trial. Works on civil enforcement actions, including matters before the SEC, and internal investigations on behalf of corporate boards of directors. In addition to White Collar Criminal Defense, David also teaches a course on Internal Investigations at Yale Law School.
