David has over 22 years of professional experience in legal services in East Africa. He has extensive regional experience, including in Kenya and Tanzania, in transactional work covering all major areas of practice, including mergers and acquisitions.
He has acted as an advisor to notable private sector institutions and highly-regarded companies in the East African Region. In the various roles, he has garnered considerable and unique commercial and business-oriented legal experience that distinguishes him amongst his peers. During his career, David has worked with and been exposed to internationally recognized entities and lawyers that support business enterprises.
He has also undertaken notable work that involves both private and Government agencies from a non-dispute perspective. David possesses a unique talent for creating business-enabling solutions that cover all aspects of Ugandan and internationally acceptable and legally sound.
