- arrangement of ownership succession via employee trusts, and tax-advantaged
employee ownership trusts (EOTs),
- advising on and structuring employee ownership trusts to create employee-owned
companies
- establishing all forms of employee share arrangements, such as EMIs, CSOP, growth
shares, joint ownership arrangements and phantom plans
- acting for individual participants in share plans, for example on termination of
employment
- advising foreign companies on rolling out share plans into the UK, and on mobile
employee issues
- advising companies on the incentives aspects of domestic and international M&A
arrangements
- assessing share plan compatibility and assisting with due diligence for any proposed
merger, acquisition or company reorganisation.
