David is a Legal Director in our real estate litigation practice. David works primarily for clients in the Energy and Utilities and Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors.

David specialises in work involving energy networks, renewables and other energy projects, together with development and other real property disputes.

David supports clients on complex projects and disputes, providing high level strategic advice. Clients value his commercial and practical advice and his ability to find solutions to complex problems.

David is an experienced negotiator, regularly leading commercial negotiations, mediations and other forms of ADR, in addition to his skills as a litigator.

David is jointly qualified as a solicitor and barrister. David joined Osborne Clarke in 2004.
