David supports clients on complex projects and disputes, providing high level strategic advice. Clients value his commercial and practical advice and his ability to find solutions to complex problems.
David is an experienced negotiator, regularly leading commercial negotiations, mediations and other forms of ADR, in addition to his skills as a litigator.
David is jointly qualified as a solicitor and barrister. David joined Osborne Clarke in 2004.
