David represents clients before the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Ontario Court. Recent cases include successfully representing Merck in multiple patent actions in relation to a proposed generic version of JANUVIA(R), and representing Bristol-Myers Squibb in patent actions involving the medicine ELIQUIS(R).
