DXP v Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust – Record breaking interim payments in birth injury cerebral palsy case of utmost severity. Claimant awarded final damages of £10 million.
AXM v Homerton University Hospitals NHS Trust – Child awarded £12 million damages for severe brain injury due to avoidable hypoglycemia shortly after his birth.
AS v Central Manchester Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust – £3.65 million settlement on doors of court in birth injury case. Mother came to David for a second opinion after her sons case was rejected by another national firm of solicitors.
DDD v Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust – £6.2 million award for hypoxic brain injury sustained following girls birth due to negligent management of her condition in neonatal unit.
Freeman v Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust (2021) EWHC 3378 (QB) – Claimant succeeds in highly contested trial at the High Court and is awarded £500,000.00 for the injury and death of her child.
