David has encyclopaedic knowledge of the law concerning disputes involving the validity of wills and trusts. He is a tenacious litigator of breach of trust claims, removal of trustees and executors, and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. His practice includes advice on taxation issues as they apply to complex large multi-jurisdictional cases.
David has developed a particular expertise in working with beneficiaries without capacity for both the Official Solicitor and Court of Protection.
