Davis Wang is the co-head of the Firm’s Tax Group. He represents clients in structuring various complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, securities offerings, redomiciliations, spinoffs, UP-Cs, and partnerships. His practice covers myriad industries (including technology, media, life sciences, industrials, private equity, hedge fund, real estate, financial institutions) and involves many cross-border situations.
