Debbie Feinstein heads the firm's Global Antitrust group, advising clients on a range of antitrust issues. She rejoined the firm in 2017 from the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), where she was Director of the Bureau of Competition from 2013-2017. National Law Journal named her one of the "50 Most Influential Women Lawyers in America" and Global Competition Review named her global "Lawyer of the Year" in 2010. Ms. Feinstein has advised clients on hundreds of transactions involving virtually all sectors of the economy, including retail, food, consumer products, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, automotive parts, and government contractors.
