Career

Debra Jezouit brings her national experience on the Clean Air Act, global climate change, and other issues like environmental justice to help clients navigate complex regulations to ensure environmental compliance while effectively meeting their business goals. Electric generating, chemical, and manufacturing clients on matters rely on her for matters ranging from permitting, regulatory compliance counseling, state and federal rulemaking development and challenges, enforcement actions, and the development and auditing of environmental programs. Debra has over 30 years of experience working on various air toxics standards, issues relating to New Source Review and the New Source Performance Standards, the development of regional haze plans, Title V permitting issues, the Acid Rain Program, the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule, greenhouse gas regulations, and Civil Rights Act Title VI complaints. She is dedicated to finding innovative solutions for her clients that balance environmental stewardship with business success.
