Delvina Nallbani is Local Legal Partner at Boga & Associates, which she joined in 2012.

Her practice is mainly focused on commercial transactions, regulatory advice, M&A and project finance, advising numerous foreign investors in acquisitions and implementation of business law matters, energy, project finance and concessions.

She has more than 10 years of commercial, corporate and finance experience in the energy, financial and insurance sector, including a number of landmark transactions in the market.
