For over 20 years Denis represented major global and regional investors (strategic and private equity players, banks and other lenders), as well as the country’s top business groups in multi-million cross-border transactions involving market-leading Ukrainian assets.
His expertise includes complex group corporate and tax restructurings, sectoral consolidation and establishment of strategic joint ventures, large-scale privatization and PPP projects, full regulatory, tax and contractual support for brownfield and greenfield investments across a spectrum of Ukraine’s key industries. Denis was also involved as a core team member in a number of landmark international arbitrations, including investment treaty cases, and precedent-setting tax and other domestic regulatory disputes.
