Practice Areas
Diana's practice covers a wide range of immigration, nationality and asylum law, with particular emphasis on complex nationality work, and Appendix FM and Article 8 applications and appeals for partners, children and parents. As part of her varied practice, Diana has successfully represented 'Windrush' clients, refugee children in France and Greece to reunite with family members in the UK, victims of transnational spouse abandonment and vulnerable children in local authority care.
Career
Prior to joining Wesley Gryk, Diana achieved a First Class BA in Oriental Studies (Chinese) from the University of Oxford (2004), following which she worked as a paralegal in Beijing. In 2006, Diana completed a MSc with Distinction in Development Studies at the London School of Economics, before undertaking further postgraduate study in Sociology at University of California, San Diego. Diana began working as a paralegal at Wesley Gryk in 2008, while studying for a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course, achieving Distinctions. Diana qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and became a partner in 2017.
