Practice Areas
Diane Mouratoglou has been a lawyer since 1995 and a partner at BCTG Avocats since 2004.
She assists industrial players, in particular developers and producers of renewable energy projects, in all contractual aspects of their activities from the development stage (partnerships and project acquisitions) and including the securing of land rights.
Her experience in industrial matters and her in-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector lead her to intervene daily in cases of litigation, often very technical. Her operational vision of the issues leads her to intervene in a very large number of pre-litigation processes (mediation, judicial expertise in industrial or construction damages) and proceedings before the judicial courts or independent administrative authorities (CoRDIS).
Diane has developed a transversal expertise in renewable energy projects and is involved, alongside its clients, in most of the major and/or emblematic current projects and recent growth areas in France: agrivoltaics, smart-grids, self-consumption, hydrogen.
