Lawyer Dingku Jiang has more than 20 years of practice experience, and has rich academic research results and legal practice experience in pre-reorganization, private enterprise bankruptcy, real estate development enterprise bankruptcy, personal bankruptcy system and other aspects. He leads the Deheng Wenzhou Enterprise rescue and bankruptcy team specializing in bankruptcy administrators and related troubled enterprise rescue, mergers and acquisitions and other derivative legal services, leading the handling of more than 280 bankruptcy cases, so far successfully concluded 50 cases of reorganization and settlement, and successfully concluded 14 cases of pre-reorganization, involving real estate, steel, medicine, manufacturing and other industries. A number of sponsored cases won the national, provincial and municipal typical cases.
